Cylinder-tube bore tolerances

Honed/roller-burnished E355+SR: ISO H8; bright-drawn E355+C: ISO H9/H10 with Ra ≤0.8 µm.

Hollow-bar clean-machined dimension conditions

EN 10294-1 E470: external centring, length up to 3 × outside diameter and at most 200 mm; nominal dimensions vary by manufacturer.

NiKrom 500 coating and tolerance

Nickel ≥30 µm, chromium ≥20 µm, ISO f7; applies to named piston-rod family.

Ground-bar tolerance

C45E and 20MnV6 centreless-ground bars: ISO h8.

Stainless-fitting sizes

DN 15–DN 600 for the listed elbow, reducer, tee and collar families; pressure ratings and material must be selected per fitting.

Seamless stainless tube delivery

EN 10216-5 TC1/TC2; ISO 1127 tolerances; 5–7 m manufacturing lengths.

Cold-drawn bar delivery

Named S355J2+C and free-machining grades: ISO h9 per EN 10278, generally 3 m; 2142/06 line lists 6 m.

Custom-profile supply limits

Open profiles: approximate height 300 mm, wall 0.3–12.5 mm; welded profiles: approximate height 200 mm, wall 1–7 mm. Both tables list length up to 24000 mm. Not a Danish-machine envelope or promise that maxima combine.
