Cable assemblies, complex harnesses, motor wiring, control units and plug-and-play modules are manufactured in Hlohovec, Slovakia and Kochchikade, Sri Lanka. Processes include automatic cutting and stripping, monitored crimping, winding, ultrasonic welding and testing.

Innovations Allé 7,7100 Vejle,DenmarkGPV manufactures customer-designed electronics at its Aars plant, including surface-mount and through-hole assembly, box-build and testing. The Danish site focuses on cleantech and aviation and collaborates with other GPV sites to serve customers worldwide.
The wider network provides product and test engineering, rapid electronics prototyping, new-product introduction, cable harnesses, mechanics and after-sales support. Product and application design is based in Lachen, Switzerland; cable production is offered in Slovakia and Sri Lanka, and mechanics in Bangkok. Aars production certificates retain their local scope.
