Valfoo and Cremo
Copenhagen test-centre trials on small lactoferrin samples established nozzle geometry and drying temperatures for Valfoo and Cremo. Development began in 2019 and led to a VSD 12.5 spray dryer with CEE cyclones at Cremo in Switzerland, operating from spring 2022. The locally evidenced contribution is process testing and development.
