PSD-1: 100; PSD-2: 360; PSD-3: 630; PSD-4: 1,250; PSD-5: 2,500; PSD-6: 5,000 kg/h. These are gas flows, not powder throughput.

PSD-4 illustrative evaporation calculation

At 1,250 kg/h drying gas, 20% feed solids and 200 °C inlet / 90 °C outlet, the brochure example gives 50 kg/h water evaporation and 12.5 kg/h powder. Results depend on formulation and operating conditions.

Solvent handling and containment options

Closed-cycle nitrogen operation, cyclone or wettable bag filtration and containment can be configured for solvent-based or potent materials. Explosion protection is selected by process risk; it is not a blanket approval.

POWDEREYE measured properties

Residual moisture, scorched particles, bulk density and tapped density at operator-defined intervals after the final drying stage.

Bulk powder filling reference range

Milk-powder brochure describes 25 kg sack filling at 4.5–12 tonnes/h or more and accuracy of 10 g or better, depending on the selected equipment and product. This is integrated supply, not evidence of local filler manufacture.

RAY input-volume examples

About 20–30 kg/day for RAY 1 and 20–30 tonnes/day for a configuration of six RAY 125 units. These are product-input examples, not guaranteed dried-output rates.

CONRAD ECO condenser operation

ECO versions use increased condenser area and operate at −45 °C; continuous condenser de-icing preserves operating vacuum.
