It combines drawing development with production, deburring, fastening and assembly; selected machining and surface treatments are coordinated through partners.
Its quality approach uses declared parts of ISO and EN standards with stated exceptions. Gantech explicitly says it has chosen not to obtain external quality and environmental certification. Welding qualifications, procedure documentation and full traceability are supplied when specified for the order.
Supports ideation through delivery, 3D drawing/unfolding, zero series and 3D-printed models. Advice covers bend radii, relief holes and material utilisation.
