Buyers can request design-stage preparation advice, repairs, threading, assembly, packing, storage and delivery to site. Zinc is arc-sprayed onto blast-cleaned structures, including heat-sensitive or oversized parts unsuitable for hot-dip galvanising. Threads and mating surfaces can be masked, coating thickness is measured, and paint may be applied afterwards.
