Buyers can request design-stage preparation advice, repairs, threading, assembly, packing, storage and delivery to site. Wider DOT-network finishes can be coordinated, with the performing plant agreed for the order; the Stilling powder-coating operation belongs to a separately registered company. Process documentation and order tracking are available through My DOT.
Powder coating and duplex finishes are coordinated through separate DOT Steel Coating and DOT Colors operations. Chemical cleaning and degreasing, with blasting where needed, prepare the surface before coating. The performing entity and plant are selected for each order.
