Pump performance is measured with water at approximately 20 °C on DESMI Pumping Technology’s Nørresundby bench. NPSH, noise and vibration measurements require a specified test programme; factory surroundings affect acoustic results. ROTAN static/dynamic tests and naval fuel-system FAT have their own arrangements.
