Birkevej 59, 9600 Aars, DenmarkShell-mould and lost-wax investment castings are produced in Aars, with in-house tooling, casting simulation and machining. The alloy range includes iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze and specialist alloys. Complex thin-walled shell-mould castings can weigh up to 25 kg.
The foundry has operated since 1975. Pattern manufacture, MAGMASOFT filling and solidification simulation, heat treatment and production inspection support the casting workflow.
In-house turning and CNC machining are available for supplied castings, including customers without their own machining facilities. The facilities list comprises six lathes and seven CNC centres.
