Industribuen 16–18, DK-5592 EjbyBodycote Varmebehandling A/S provides commercial heat treatment from Ejby on Funen for customers across Denmark and northern Europe. The facility offers atmospheric carburising, carbonitriding, gas nitriding, neutral and induction hardening, vacuum hardening, annealing, stress relieving and cryogenic treatment, with blasting, cleaning, degreasing and straightening support.
The Ejby facility holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 certifications. The Danish service network also offers metallurgical advice, laboratory examinations and collection and return of heat-treatment orders. These support arrangements are described in an older Danish brochure, which does not establish current laboratory allocation or transport schedules.
Carbon and nitrogen diffusion followed by oil quenching produces a hard surface on small steel wear parts, including gears, shafts, rollers, hydraulic valves, lock parts and sheet-metal components. The guide gives a usual case-depth ceiling around 0.7 mm, while the older Danish brochure describes depths normally not substantially above 0.5 mm; attained depth depends on steel, part size and cycle.
