Its group services combine design-for-manufacturing review, casting, CNC machining, protective surface treatment and customer-specific sub-assembly logistics. The production chain spans foundries in China, India and Germany and machining operations in Denmark and China, with partner processing beside the Chennai foundry. Buyers can engage engineering support early to review materials, casting behaviour and machining before serial production. The business traces its origins to the Vestas machine shop established in Lem in 1985; Global Castings formed in 2013 and the Baettr brand launched in 2019.
