Rønsdam 4, 6400 Sønderborg, DenmarkAlcumatic supplies pressure-die-cast components from Ragebøl near Sønderborg, combining casting with CNC machining, deburring, impregnation, coating and assembly. Aluminium parts and heat sinks for electronics form a core part of the range alongside zinc die-cast components.
Customers can supply existing casting tools or develop new tooling with Alcumatic and external toolmakers. Powder coating, wet painting and specialist conductive coatings for plastic parts are also offered as services.
The current company was formed in 1989 through the merger of Sydjysk Industrilakering and the earlier Alcumatic business, with predecessor roots in 1964.
Pressure die casting produces parts from 30 g to 12 kg using seven IDRA machines with 150–1100 tonnes clamping force. Automatic filling or Støtek dosing furnaces support production; selected machines use ABB robots for mould spraying and extraction, with hydraulic presses trimming gates and flash. Aluminium and zinc components are offered; the published mass range is not a separate zinc-alloy specification.
