Aluminium parts and heat sinks for electronics form a core part of the range alongside zinc die-cast components.
Customers can supply existing casting tools or develop new tooling with Alcumatic and external toolmakers. Powder coating, wet painting and specialist conductive coatings for plastic parts are also offered as services.
The current company was formed in 1989 through the merger of Sydjysk Industrilakering and the earlier Alcumatic business, with predecessor roots in 1964.
Eight four-axis Brother centres, one DMG Mori centre for larger parts and one Hedelius perform drilling, tapping and milling. Three Brother systems use vision-based ABB robots for loading, unloading, cleaning and deburring. The history page instead describes eight centres in total, so the published inventories differ.
