Laser and waterjet cutting, press braking, welding, deburring and assembly can be combined with drawing preparation and production advice. ABJ bends steel, stainless and aluminium using presses rated up to 320 tonnes and supports bend lengths up to 4 m. Capacity depends on part geometry and material. A supplied 3D model enables simulation before manufacture; protective foil can reduce tooling marks at additional cost.
