Ribevej 20, 6500 Vojens, DenmarkABJ Metal manufactures customer-specific sheet-metal parts and assemblies in Vojens, from prototypes and single pieces to series production. Laser and waterjet cutting, press braking, welding, deburring and assembly can be combined with drawing preparation and production advice. It works in steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with additional metals and non-metal materials selected for the cutting process. Customers include the food, offshore, defence and machinery industries.
ABJ supports production maturation and prepares technical drawings for customers who cannot supply production files. For bending it requests 3D data; clean DXF/DWG and dimensioned PDFs help communicate operations and critical tolerances.
