Agenavej 12, 2670 Greve, DenmarkA/S Bjerregaard Nielsen is a Greve aluminium foundry established in 1946. It uses permanent moulds made from cast iron or steel and builds its own casting tools from customer files, drawings, sketches or prototypes. Cast-in tubes, threaded studs and bushes allow functional details to be incorporated before machining.
The casting range runs from 4 g to 20 kg, depending on part design. The delivery route includes trimming, grinding and machining, with surface treatment arranged through subcontractors when finished parts are required. Historical work includes lighting components, electronics housings, radio equipment and swing arms.
After trimming and grinding, cast components are machined on machining centres, lathes, mills and multipurpose drilling machines and prepared for surface treatment.
